This collection is dedicated to research concerning the work of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child under the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure (CRC-OP3). The collection contains analyses and critical reflections on legal developments and international standards relevant for access to justice of children in the context of CRC-OP3. The Leiden Children’s Rights Observatory Papers are written by leading international experts under the supervision of the editorial board of the Leiden Children’s Rights Observatory. The content of each paper is the responsibility of the author(s). The collection is part of the Leiden Children’s Rights Observatory, an open online database of case commentaries, referring to the decisions of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child under CRC-OP3.
