- This research aims to identify the cultural filter that multinationals apply in the attitude of their commercial texts such as advertisements and website texts, and to compare and contrast the way in which this cultural filter is applied when translating the texts of the Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM) and the American electronics company Apple from Dutch to American English and the other way around.
